By accessing or using pkg.lat's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
pkg.lat may suspend or terminate any service in cases of policy violations, unlawful activity, or harmful behavior impacting our platform or other users. Services terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.
pkg.lat is not responsible if your account is compromised due to weak passwords, credential sharing, or other security negligence on your part.

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your container data and configurations.
While pkg.lat may perform regular internal backups, customers are strongly advised to maintain their own backups as an additional safeguard.
Storage may only be used for legitimate service-related content. Hosting pirated, copyrighted, or unlawful material is not permitted.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.

Services are provided on a fair-use basis. Excessive consumption of system resources that negatively impacts other users may result in temporary restrictions or required adjustments.
If your service usage exceeds acceptable limits, we will notify you and work with you to resolve the issue.
Cryptocurrency mining, DDoS attacks, spam, or any form of network abuse is strictly prohibited.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' resources.

You must keep your login information secure and not share your credentials with others.
If you need to provide access to another person, you should use designated subuser or access management features.
You are responsible for all actions performed through your account.
pkg.lat is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

Services are billed based on actual resource usage: CPU seconds, RAM GB-hours, storage GB-month, and bandwidth GB.
Billing occurs automatically every 5 minutes based on your resource consumption.
Credit and resource usage-based billing rates may vary from location to location depending on infrastructure costs.
If automated billing malfunctions, users may be billed manually to reconcile actual usage.
Services may be suspended after 1 day of non-payment and permanently terminated after 30 days of non-payment.
You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your use of the services.

New customers are eligible for a 3-day money-back guarantee from the date of original purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days through a support ticket.
Each customer is eligible for one refund under the 3-day guarantee.
Renewal payments and recurring usage fees are not refundable.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute voids refund eligibility and may result in account termination.
Services terminated for policy violations are not eligible for refunds.

You may cancel your service at any time through the client dashboard.
pkg.lat reserves the right to suspend or terminate services that violate these Terms.
We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Service availability targets are outlined in our documentation.
pkg.lat is not responsible for service interruptions caused by infrastructure failures, network issues, or other technical problems beyond our control.

If a user is caught misusing our services (including but not limited to: illegal activities, abuse, policy violations), they will be immediately suspended with no refund.
Hosting malware, phishing sites, or content that infringes on intellectual property is prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination and being banned from future use of pkg.lat services.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
pkg.lat is not responsible for error-prone systems, data loss, or service interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, pkg.lat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify pkg.lat against claims arising from your use of the services.
